Circulation

Little Haiti is bordered by Interstate 95 to the east, Biscayne Blvd on the western edge, 395 to the south and NW 103 Street to the North. Though I am interested in portion below NW 79 street.

NW 54 ST and 62 ST ( MLK Bld) are the roads on the east/west axis.

North Miami Ave and NE 2 Ave run north/south.

395 - connects Miami Beach ( via Julia Tuttle Causeway) to 112 expressway and I-95

Landuse

Little Haiti is mainly low to medium density residential.
Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Ave, NE 2nd Ave, 54 Street, and 62 Street are the main commercial corridors.
There is small pocket of industrial warehouses in the north eastern corner.
The blue is governmental.
